What is ISO?
ISO is the sensitivity of the sensor in the camera. Increasing the ISO can make darker images look brighter however, there is a drawback to this. Increasing the ISO to for example, 1,600 will make the photo grainy compared to ISO 100. The quality of your camera will also affect how grainy the image is but it will be grainy despite this.

What is Aperture?
To increase the light in a photo you would decrease the "f-stop" on the camera and increase it if your picture is too dark. This means the opening of light in the lens is increasing as the number gets lower. The aperture doesn't only increase the lighting but also the depth of field in an image. The lower the f-stop, the higher shallower the depth of field. Therefore, for a portrait shot you would decrease the f-stop to focus in on the face and a higher f-stop for a landscape shot. When aperture is the priority in the shot, you would have to set your camera to the TV setting.

What is Shutter Speed?
The shutter speed is how much time the the imaging sensor is exposed to light and the longer it is exposed to light, the brighter the image will be because it's gathering more light. And a darker image will be made with fast shutter speed. Therefore, if you want to take a photo with a fast shutter speed you would have to make sure you are in a well lit place. A short exposure would be used to take photos of fast moving objects like a car or any other fast movement. Long exposure, or slow shutter speed can be used to create motion blur. Also, when shutter speed is the main focus in a photo,
